Vacation Party Homes assume no responsibility and in no way warrant the accuracy of the information contained in any of the pages published.

Renters are aware that each property sets its own Refund/Cancellation policy. Vacation Party Homes recommends that renters ask for and receive a written notice of the Refund/Cancellation policy from the advertiser for added protection. Vacation Party Homes is not responsible for the refund of rental fees for any reason.

If the operators of Vacation Party Homes are unable to provide the promised level of service for any reason, including, but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God or negligence, neither Vacation Party Homes or its owners can be held liable for any costs. Vacation Party Homes does not guarantee that the www.vacationpartyhomes.com web site will be available 100% of the time. The terms and conditions of Vacation Party Homes are subject to change at discretion without notice.

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

Vacation Party Homes reserves the right to edit, suspend, or delete any information/account at our sole discretion. Once material has been submitted on www.vacationpartyhomes.com, it becomes the property of Vacation Party Homes and may not be copied without written permission.

ACCEPTABLE CONTENT

a. URL links, email addresses and phone numbers must reside only in the authorized locations within the listing. All other references to specific web addresses, web sites, email addresses or phone numbers are not considered acceptable content and may be removed without notice.

b. All content must be "family safe" and "PG" rated. Vacation rental listings may not contain vulgarity, violence, hate, etc… VacationPartyHomes.com reserves the right to edit, suspend, or delete any information/account that is not acceptable.

SPAM

Vacation Party Homes does not tolerate the transmission of spam. We monitor all traffic to and from our servers for indications of spamming. Sending Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE), Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE) or Unsolicited Facsimiles (Fax), will be subject to copyright law violations and will be subject to criminal prosecution. Vacation Party Homes reserves the right to cancel services to those who violate this policy.

VACATION PARTY HOMES MEMBERSHIP SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE ONLY TO ADULT INDIVIDUALS (18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER) AND HAVE THE POWER AND AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO AND PERFORM YOUR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. TO REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT WITH VACATION PARTY HOMES AND BECOME A MEMBER, YOU MUST ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. VACATION PARTY HOMES RESERVES THE RIGHT IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION TO REFUSE, SUSPEND, OR TERMINATE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
